Empowering students for a brighter future.

Supporting CEIAG education and enabling informed decision making.

Our aims:

To make a difference. We are passionate about ensuring young people have all the tools available to them to make the best choices for their exciting next steps. We empower young people to make informed choices for the future to allow them to meet their potential. We nurture talent and encourage young people to be aspirational and be the best possible version of themselves.

About us:

Having worked in careers and Higher Education for 19 years, in 2021 I set up a consultancy offering careers and HE services to schools/colleges and individuals. I work with schools to help support their CEIAG provision providing a range of tailor-made programmes and services. In addition to working solo, I have assembled a dream team of highly experienced and knowledgeable careers professionals; we use our expertise to work with schools to empower young people to make informed choices for the future. We pride ourselves on being personable, approachable and flexible. We enjoy working with young people making a difference to help them unleash their full potential to blossom and thrive.

Our services:

Working across all CEIAG platforms, we adapt our offering to meet the needs of the school/college. Our approach is flexible and personable and maximises the outcomes for the young person and allows us to support the CEIAG aims and provisions of the school/college and help them follow the Gatsby Benchmark framework of good practice.

Testimonials:

“Bryony and the team provided an excellent service both online and in person supporting our in-house Careers and Employability Department. They hosted 1-2-1 conversations with Year 10 pupils who engaged positively to the advice and guidance shared by the advisers. The pupils found the team friendly, helpful and importantly - extremely knowledgeable about Careers. I found it a pleasure having the team on site working with us.”

Amandeep Jaspal, Careers and Employability Specialist. Highgate School

"I have worked with Bryony over the last four years and have found her to be invaluable in the delivery of CEIAG at our school. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience but, most importantly, she connects with our pupils brilliantly and has delivered excellent individual careers guidance meetings. In addition, she stepped in at the last minute to deliver our Careers Convention when I had Covid and did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend Bryony highly enough; she is extremely professional but also warm and approachable."

Dr Kirsty Verney, Deputy Head of Sixth Form (Careers and HE), Churcher's College

“We have had the pleasure of working with Bryony and her team to deliver 1-1 careers guidance meetings for all of our Year 11 students and over half of our Year 12s this academic year. Bryony is brilliant to work with. She is flexible and accommodating of a fast-moving school environment. Our students loved meeting with her and the rest of the team and came out of their guidance meetings enthused and inspired, and ready to make plans for their future careers.”

Alfie Denness, Careers Co-ordinator, Hammersmith Academy

"Bryony and I have worked closely to identify a good time to run interviews and her insight has helped me shape the programme. Her team is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging which works well for us. They also champion the notion of careers literacy, showing pupils how to find out information for themselves and make their own decisions rather than simply telling them what to do."

Sarah Gordon, Head of Futures, Eastbourne College
